- To qualify for a refund, the service or product in question must not have been fully utilized or consumed. For example, if a job posting has already been published or a candidate service has already been accessed, refunds will not be issued.

- Services such as premium job postings, candidate profile views, and access to advanced features are non-refundable once they have been utilized.
- Subscription-based services, such as monthly or yearly plans, are non-refundable after the billing cycle has commenced, except in cases of proven service failure or errors on our part.
Partial Refunds:
- In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if the service has been only partially utilized. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, based on the level of service already provided.
Process for Refunds:

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is reviewed and approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

- This refund policy applies only to services provided directly by Hirexpo. Third-party service providers or integrations may have their own policies, and Hirexpo is not responsible for their terms.
- Refunds cannot be requested for any services already marked as "completed" or for any actions taken on the platform that fulfill the purpose of the purchased service.
