Senior UI/UX Lead

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Lead to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience for our products by leading the design process and ensuring that user-centric principles guide our development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership: Oversee and lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation. Ensure that all design solutions align with business goals and user needs.

User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions. Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve user interfaces and experiences.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design specifications. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless integration of design with development.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UI/UX designers, helping them to grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team. Encourage a culture of creativity, experimentation, and learning.

Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. Use design tools to illustrate design ideas and present them to stakeholders.

Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, design tools, and technologies. Implement best practices in design and usability to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
