Database Developer

We are looking for a talented Database Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database systems that support our applications and ensure data integrity. Your expertise will help us optimize performance, manage security, and improve data accessibility across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop database systems that meet business requirements.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval.
• Collaborate with software developers and data analysts to integrate database solutions with applications.
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization to enhance system efficiency.
• Implement data security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
• Conduct regular database maintenance, including backups, restorations, and updates.
• Analyze and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in database development and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Database Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
